Description
Royal Icing is the perfect icing for the inspiring baker looking to pipe ornate decorations on their fondant-covered cakes, sugar cookies and confectionary delights. The creamy consistency of Royal Icing is easy to use, with smooth flow and hardens quickly to form a firm finish. Store any leftover White Royal icing in an airtight container and mix before re-use.
Instructions:
Add 100g of royal icing powder with 30-35ml warm water into bowl.
Allow to stand for 2 minutes. Whisk for +/- 5 min until maximum volume is obtained.
