We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your order from our shop, you can return it for a refund.
Conditions for Returns:
You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be in their original, unused, and unopened condition with all original packaging and tags. We do not accept returns on any item that shows signs of use, including costumes, makeup, and decorations.
All holiday, seasonal, and clearance items are considered final sale and are non-refundable. This is a strict policy for all our Halloween merchandise.
Refund Process:
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. The original shipping fees are non-refundable. Once we receive your return and confirm its condition, we will process a refund to your original form of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be posted to your account.
Damaged or Defective Items:
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. We will require photos of the item and its packaging. We will either issue a refund or send a replacement. There is no need to return damaged items.
Incorrect Items:
If you receive the wrong item, please let us know immediately. We will promptly ship you the correct item and provide a prepaid return label for you to send back the incorrect item.
Missing Shipments:
If your package is marked as delivered but you can’t find it, please check with your neighbors or your building’s front office. If the package is still missing after 24 hours, please contact us. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf. Please note that refunds for lost or stolen packages are issued only after the carrier’s investigation is complete.
