Inspired by our Reserve Chenin Blanc, the DeMorgenzon DMZ Chenin Blanc delivers a wonderfully refreshing array of green apple, apricot, peach, hints of honey and floral aromas upfront on the nose. This wine displays the typical attributes of Chenin Blanc with a deliciously crunchy freshness and a mouth coating palate profile. The palate is rich and well-integrated with a lingering aftertaste from the light oaking this wine receives. All resulting in a wonderful inviting finish on the palate that leaves one anticipating the next sip. This wine is meant to be enjoyed on release but will gain in complexity if laid down for 3 – 5 years from release
