Chabichou AOC au Lait Cru 150g is a cheese that is produced in a limited area south of the Loire valley. It can be enjoyed at different stages of maturity, whether young, ripe, or more dry. With a rich goaty flavour, the cheese becomes dense and smooth as it matures, developing a distinct layer next to the rind. Despite its sweet and delicate taste, there is a slight acidic and salty finish to it.
